Eco Fest

Eco Fest

Following the cancellation last year, due to bad weather, Hertford Eco Fest will be back in 2025!

Designed to raise awareness of the small changes we can all make to reduce our carbon footprint, while protecting and enhancing our natural environment, Hertford Town Council is looking forward to hosting it's first ever Eco Fest; a wonderful community event that will be lots of fun for the whole family, uniting Hertford in this vital and positive communal purpose.

This FREE event will be held at Hertford Castle on Sunday 11th May from 12 noon till 4.00pm, as part of a wider programme of Hertford town-wide sustainability events: Hertford Eco Fest Listings.

On the 11th May at the Castle, visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of fun activities including garden games and junk modelling. Visitors can also pedal to make their own smoothie or test ride an e-bike from Highway Cycles. Plus, there will be live entertainment to be enjoyed and food and drink and craft stalls to browse, which will feature alongside information and education around money saving ideas and carbon reduction suggestions.

A full event programme will be added in due course.
