Castle Plus Neighbourhood Area Plan
Hertford Town Council is pleased to introduce the Castle Plus Neighbourhood Area Plan.
This is a unique opportunity for residents and businesses in the Castle Plus area to shape the future of our community. The Castle Plus area covers the southern part of town, including the town centre and Hertingfordbury village – you can see the Castle Plus area map below (which is also available to download from the documents list at the end of this page).
The first community meeting for the Castle Plus Neighbourhood Area Plan was held on Thursday, 14th November 2024 at Simon Balle School. Over 100 people attended to hear about the neighbourhood planning process and ask questions. The meeting invited residents and businesses within the Castle Plus area to let their voices be heard - to express their views, to discuss priorities and to help shape the future.
